By enquiring about tutoring, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• A deposit of £10 per lesson hour is required within at least 24 hours of the lesson time to secure a lesson booking. Lesson times are on a first come first served basis so priority will be given to students who have provided their deposit.
• Payment (via bank transfer only) is due within 7 days of the completed lesson time.
• Late payments may incur an additional fee of 5% of the invoice total per week.
• Tutees should aim to provide at least 12 hours notice for cancelling a session. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee.
• The tutor will provide tutoring services to the best of their ability; however, they cannot be held responsible for the tutee’s academic performance, any academic integrity issues, or outcomes. Submissions to your University are under sole ownership of the tutee.
• Any tutoring materials provided by the tutor are for the exclusive use of the client and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without the tutor’s permission.
• Moreover, tutors cannot guarantee that you will achieve any particular grade, they cannot write a piece of coursework for you, and they can only respond to sets of queries during booked lesson time.
• Please do not share any datasets with your tutor as they may not have permission to view the data. Any datasets sent by mistake will be deleted and permanently removed.
